Asr Leasing LLC is one of Tajikistan's leading providers of Shariah-compliant leasing solutions. The company specializes in consumer and commercial vehicle leasing through Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek (lease-to-own) as well as other Islamic finance leasing products. 

Founded in 2013 by ICD, Asr Leasing was acquired by KOINOTI NAV CJSC in late 2024. Alongside the rapid growth of its leasing portfolio, the company is undergoing a comprehensive fintech transformation. 

The project is currently 50% complete, with the goal of fully digitizing the vehicle leasing process through the Asr Walletecosystem.
